Golf events come in all shapes and sizes. This allows for a great deal of flexibility and customization of the final profile of services and options for each tournament. Below you’ll find a listing of the many offerings and services available at SunRidge Canyon Golf Club.

- Advance bookings – up to six months prior to the event
- Recommendations on format of play and on-course competitions
- Recommendations for golf course set-up based on the group profile
- Personalized reader board at the clubhouse entrance to welcome guests
- Placement of company-provided tee signs, banners and/or other signage
- Player pairing sheet
- Personalized welcome letters on each golf cart
- Warm-up balls prior to play
- Personalized scorecards
- Pin-location sheets
- Yardage guides
- SunRidge Canyon Golf bag tag
- Event scoring and awards presentation
- At your request, golf shop merchandise, rental clubs and food & beverage charges etc. may be consolidated onto one master account
Optional Services
If that’s not enough, SunRidge Canyon also provides a host of additional services to make every outing truly special. Depending on the size and scope of the event, there may be additional fees for the following services.
- Corporate logo printed in color on tournament collateral (e.g. welcome reader board, cart signs, scorecards, scoreboards, etc.)
- Personalized banners, tee signs and event signage
- Assistance with on-site registration and tee gift distribution
- Shotgun start
- Customized pin flags with corporate or event logo
- Hole-in-one contests and automobile coordination and insurance
- Off-course event coordination such as instructional clinics, exhibitions, putting contests, shootouts and more
- Photography
- Awards ceremony including public-address system, professional scoring and scoreboards
- Overnight club storage
Food and Beverage Services
